QLM Proficiência thanks all its customers for another year of
trust and loyalty. We will be on collective vacation during the period
from December 19, 2024 to January 5, 2025, however our website
will continue to be available for consultations, registrations, registration of new customers,
ensuring convenience and agility for everyone.
In 2024, QLM Proficiency acted in accordance with its
projects prepared in 2013, seeking to act in a predictable manner, respecting the
schedules created up to four years in advance (Brazil), in addition to guaranteeing the
provision of programs that cover our entire scope.
This year we carried out dozens of open proficiency programs and tests,
covering all areas of our scope, in addition to hundreds of exclusive programs (On Demand).
It was a year marked by investments in process management and automation,
seeking to increase the quality of services provided.
En este año buscamos incrementar nuestra capacidad de atención en Colombia,
manteniendo un cronograma anual, además de poner a disposición más artefactos en territorio colombiano,
para el programa On Demand (Sob Demanda). Con esto logramos un gran crecimiento,
representando casi el 20% de nuestros ingresos.
